At Spooky Gifts Shop, we want you to be as thrilled with your collectibles as we are when we pack them! But we get it—sometimes things don’t work out. Whether it’s a misprinted CosCups or an Action Figure that’s seen better days, we’ve got your back. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be as straightforward as finding that rare Avengers Pop! you’ve been hunting for.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You can return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In their original packaging (including any boxes for Funko Pops! or Figurines)
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are too spooky or exclusive to return! Based on our product menu and collection, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- CosCups BOGOHP (Buy One Get One Half Price offers, due to their promotional nature)
- Apparel & Bags (if used or worn, for hygiene reasons)
- Books & Board Games (if opened or used, to prevent knowledge spoilers or wear-and-tear)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Note: If you receive a damaged or defective item from these categories, contact us immediately—we’ll make it right!
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to start your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to us at:

4. Refund Timeline and Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
